Problems logging in
There are several reasons why you may not be able to log in to FindSomeone:
Membership not confirmed
You need to click on the link in the confirmation email we send to activate your membership. Sometimes our emails are blocked by junk mail settings on your email account. Please ensure your junk mail settings will allow our emails to get through to you. Our emails come from email@example.com, you may need to add this to your address book.

Forgot password or locked out
If you enter the wrong email address and password combination you will see a message telling you that your entry was incorrect, your account will be temporarily locked but after 10 minutes you'll be able to try again. If you cannot remember your password, you can click the 'Forgot my password' link and submit your email address. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.
Your cookies are not enabled
If you do not have cookies enabled, you may not be able to login or use the site correctly.
A cookie is a small file that gets stored on your computer and enables you to log in.
Cookie options are controlled in your browser settings which vary depending on which browser you use.
