I am British and arrived in NZ in 2009, I tried Internet dating in both the Uk and Singapore where I lived before coming here. In early 2011 I thought to get serious about dating! I had seen a guy called Tall Gary online and sent a smilie. He sent me a message and a conversation that made me laugh started. We talked on the phone and were ready to meet around valentines day 2011. However we both though nah too much pressure so instead went for coffee on February 15th. Neither of us have looked back since. There were no games with this lovely man and we started dating 4+ times a week. He and I started to live together in August 2011, and atvour anniversary weekend February 2012 he took me away to the Corimandel and on a secluded beach asked me to be his wife! Which of course grinning, I said yes to.

As we have both travelled and all of my family is in the uk we decided to get wed somewhere in the middle. Everyone had to travel and got a holiday at the same time. We got married in Singapore on Januray 4th of this year. We decided Singapore because I had my friends there and a church that meant a lot to me. It was awesome chaos but well planned. We married at Raffles Hotel and had a reception at Four Seasons. A week before the wedding we also had some great news, we were expecting our first baby, due in the next few weeks. The wedding was amazing having the whole family in one place to celebrate, but it would never have happened with out findsomeone introducing me to me wonderful and loving Husband. He is the partner of my life, caring considerate and everything I could have every wanted in a man. I feel very blessed by him. I'm glad I gave this site a good go.
