Luisa's story:

I joined FSO 18 months ago; like anyone else I was looking for my

soulmate.

After a couple of unsuccessful dates I began going to FSO events in

Auckland

and Wellington and met some very special people who have become close

friends. But the right partner seemed to elude me.

I briefly left the site towards the end of 2003, but came back - and am

so

very glad I did. One day I had message from Mig, a new contact. I had

a

pic on my profile of me on my motorbike. Mig wrote "Nice pic - the

bike's

not bad either." Who could resist such an obvious and cute pick-up

line??

We met for dinner but didn't click immediately. In fact, I messaged him

a

week later and told him I didn't think he was right for me. But he had

no

intention of giving up. He messaged me back with a lovely poem, we met

again and talked for hours about our hopes and dreams, and we have been

virtually inseparable ever since.

I always knew FSO worked, I have many friends who have met their

partners

through the site. Now it's worked for me too. I am deeply in love with

a

wonderful man, the soulmate I found pretty much in my own backyard.
