Changing your email address or password

You can easily update your email address or password by visiting your Account Settings page (found in the drop down menu in the top right hand corner), and selecting the Account Settings tab. At the bottom of this page you will see links titled 'Change my email address' and 'Change my password.' Click on these and follow the instructions.

When you change your email address we will send an email to your new email address asking you to confirm this change. Please confirm this as soon as possible as this confirmation email expires within an hour. Once confirmed you will receive all your notifications to the new email address and you will then use it to log in.

Correcting your date of birth, gender and full name

If you have signed up with an incorrect date of birth, gender or full name then please contact us to let us know and we will update that for you.
