Why has my card been charged?

Gold and Privacy Plus memberships are subscriptions, charged monthly, after your initial subscription period. Your Gold or Privacy Plus subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Check your next payment

  1. Open the drop-down menu in the top-right and select 'Account settings'.
  2. Select the 'Account settings' tab.
  3. View your renewal date and card under 'Subscriptions'.
